The MTB 1A track is the main ascent route to the other tracks in the area, between the Maiella massif and the Morrone massif; it is divided into MTB 1A, 1B, and 1C and connects all the main towns in the area.

It starts at the square of Sant'Eufemia a Maiella and allows you to easily reach Passo San Leonardo (MTB 1A), the splendid village of Roccacaramanico (MTB 1B) and the uncontaminated area of ​​Lama Bianca (MTB 1C), reached which there are many other itineraries to follow to continue uphill or downhill.
