MTB 7 is a downhill path that crosses the enchanting beech woods in the Lama Bianca Reserve, reachable with the MTB 1C or the MTB 2A. On the way you pass near the F. Di Donato Refuge and Fonte Persichillo (also known as Fonte Lama Bianca), where you can take a refreshing break. The descent ends near Fonte della Fratta, from where you can continue on itinerary 9 (difficulty: difficult), or return to Sant'Eufemia a Maiella on 1C / 1A. The route does not present particular technical difficulties, but the surface is irregular and slightly bumpy.
