As for 8A and 8B, this route represents the natural continuation of the MTB 7 itinerary, even if MTB 9 is the most technical downhill itinerary in the area between Sant'Eufemia a Maiella and Passo San Leonardo, it is recommended. therefore to bikers with a good degree of experience. The starting point is located on the dirt road that leads to Fonte della Fratta, along the MTB 1C track and the arrival point is located at the Botanical Garden. This path that runs through the valley in the middle is characterized in some sections by a very uneven ground, due to the presence of boulders and rocks that must be skilfully crossed.
