Invented, co-planned, and managed by Dott. Bernardo Pedroni (naturalist biologist), it was inaugurated on July 25th, 1997.
The alpine Eco-Wildlife Observatory is a unique structure still under construction. As a matter of fact, the educational-naturalistic itinerary will be completed with modern "Wildlife Areas" housing some specimens of alpine fauna that are difficult to observe in nature, with particular reference to endangered species like the Capercaillie, that is also the symbol of Orobie Valtellinesi Park.
Opening times: Open all year round. Guided visits also in winter, snow permitting, but only by previous booking.
