The most important raw material of this product is the organic Roman round hazelnut, characterizing the 80% of the production. In the creams, the hazelnut percentage goes from 15% for the nutella-like creams to a 55% for the cream with chopped hazelnuts. The production also includes semi-finished hazelnut products: pure hazelnut paste, chopped hazelnuts, hazelnut flour, toasted hazelnuts, all with the label "Natura in Campo".
