Riserva MAB Appennino Tosco-Emiliano

In Garfagnana and in part of the Serchio Valley, the potato bread is a still alive tradition. It is also called the "Garfagnino", which is a variation of an ancient mixed bread widespread all over the continental Europe, especially with poor cereal crops.
