Riserva MAB Appennino Tosco-Emiliano

The Apennines are a treasure of fundamental principles that can be used to rethink possible balances between man and nature; they symbolise an opportunity to take the right steps, and make the world go around more harmoniously. 
An association was created to support the application of this stretch of the Apennines as UNESCO MaB(Man and Biosphere Reserve): they analysed the territory, studied the sources, collaborated in defining strategies, worked on how to best divide the area in zones, and wrote the application dossier with expertise and passion.
