Wet woody meadow situated on a sloping surface featuring woody marsh formations and transition mires of high flower-vegetation interest.  The Reserve is situated by the provincial border with Bolzano near Malga Ora, by the asphalted road leading from Lavazé mountain pass to the locality of Oclini.
