Lake expansion area of the Stamentizzo artificial basin developing eastwards near the confluence of its own tributary, namely the Avisio stream. The location of the Reserve lies in the territory between the track of the provincial street 71 Fersina-Avisio and that of the state street 612 of the Cembra Valley, near its northern side.
