Among the products of Insugherata Nature Reserve (RomaNatura) there are vegetables, produced with organic methods.
Vegetables cultivated in spring/summer: broad beans, Roman artichokes, peas, beans, salad and sauce tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, Roman courgettes, friggitelli, pickled olives, onions, Mantua pumpkins, Provence pumpkins, and sweet corn. In autumn/winter: cabbages, black kale, spring cabbage, cauliflower, Roman broccoli, fennels, red lettuce, chard, and chicory.
As far as fruit is concerned, from early June there are peaches, apricots, plums, pears, and apples, to end in October with persimmons.
