Mercantour is a real paradise for hikers. It boasts a very thick network of marked trails (600 km), one of the most complete and equipped trail networks in France, thanks to the measures taken by the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes Department, the Association ADRI (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), and Mercantour National Park. Several equipped trails with descriptive panels give visitors the opportunity to discover Mercantour, together with its landscapes and inhabitants.
