The Ethnographic Museum-textile art laboratory, commissioned by Mrs Ester Fornara Borla and realized thanks to the Municipal Administration, and in particular to the action of the Councilor for Culture, is located in the seventeenth-century former Institute of the Immacolatine Nuns and was inaugurated on 20 June 2009. It is aimed not only at safeguarding the memory but, above all, at fostering the rediscovery and the re-proposal of manual activities typical of our area. It can be broadly divided into two large compartments: the first linked to spinning and weaving and the second to the presentation of Arte Popolana Lanzese.
