In the Nature Reserves of the Province of Arezzo for the International Year of Forests

Also this year the Calendar of the Nature Reserves of the Province of Arezzo is dedicated to a UN initiative: 2011 as the International Year of Forests. The slogan of the initiative, "Forests for people", and the UN document, give the idea of a strategy aiming at increasing awareness and promoting the management of all kinds of forests, including the arboreal species growing outside them, their conservation, and the sustainable development of a unique and extraordinary resource.
