The permanent exhibition on the traditional potatoes of the Genoese mountains was set up by the Aveto Park thanks to specific financing from the GAL VerdeMare Liguria, aimed at increasing the network of local markets and tourist/educational infrastructures connected to local supply chains, and entrusted to the Quarantina Consortium management.

The exhibition venue is open from 1 May to 30 September, on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays.
Open every day in July and August.
For groups of at least 15 people or in other special cases, visits can also be arranged out of the opening days.
