Discovering the ancient Puteoli, the Port of Rome in the Roman age, a few kilometers from Naples, set down on the sea of the gulf. A town rich in important archaeological monuments, like Serapeo and Anfiteatro Flavio, and where the visits to Rione Terra, the ancient acropolis of the town which has been recently restored, and to Solfatara, the active volcano of Campi Flegrei, give visitors the opportunity to spend the whole day surrounded by history and archaeology.
