From the trattoria in loc. Croce dei morti, direction south along the road, trail 606 leaves branching off on the left from the road and heading east, to touch a first cross (of Torre Boldone) and, following the ridge, a second cross (of Ranica) on the homonymous hill. This stretch offers an interesting panorama in the south, from east to west, from the entrance of V. Seriana to the plain and Appennini piacentini.
