All the traditional "tastes" of the Po Delta Park are strictly linked to its lagoons. The history of the people living in the Po Delta has always been deeply twined with the vicissitudes and the course of the inconstant river, to the extent that, still today, it represents a lively feature of the area. Fishing - in the lagoons, in the sea, and in the river - represented and still represents the main feature of this territory crossed by one thousand inlets, freshwater pools, rivers continuously interacting with the sea.
