Parco del Delta del Po

Body of water between the sea and the 2.000 hectare lagoon, which is part of the Po Delta Park territory.
Its is very suitable for mussel farming, being on average 60-70 cm deep, with a maximum of 2 mt. in its deepest points. Its formation is constantly changing, as it is linked to the hydraulic events the mouths of the Po di Goro and the Po della Gnocca. The fauna includes many species of aquatic birdlife, both nesting and passing.
