After leaving Tenaglie and heading east, when you reach a church, take left until you reach St Andrew Monastery, from where you will reach Montecchio. Cross the town. Immediately out of the town, turn left (westwards), until you reach the Archaeological Site of the "Necropolis of Vallone di S. Lorenzo" (7th century BC) where the Department of Archaeology of Umbria brought to the light a series of chamber toms dug into the bank of the ditch. Going backwards, take the first road you will se on your left. It will shortly become a mule track and lead to the asphalt road leading from Montecchio to Baschi. In the 5 km it will take to reach Baschi, there are several accommodation opportunities.
