This is a scenic pathway, that was created to link Melezzole Trail to Alviano-Guardea Trail. Start from the area called "la Posta del Prete" – the "Priest's Stage" – and take the trail towards the hamlet of Santa Restituta. Then go to Mount Pianicel Grande along the crest, until you reach the Piani Peloni. A path going gently downhill will lead you to S. Francesco Caves and then to the Alviano-Guardea section.
