f'Orma
New f'Orma multi-sensory space. The river on the loose
Located in Piazzale Walther Cavallera 13, opposite the Casa del Fiume and near the Infopoint, f'Orma is only a few minutes' walk from the city centre but already fully immersed in the River Park, that visitors can experience in an immersive and special way.
Inside, visitors can develop an emotional contact with nature, and in particular with water. They can discover the different environments that make up the river landscape by walking barefoot, with positive effects on psycho-physical well-being. Barefooting paths and stations based on multi-sensory stimulation will allow the visitors to work on proprioception and balance.
Walking barefoot is a simple gesture that brings back the pleasure of contact with the ground and nature. It is also good for your health because it strengthens the leg muscles and enhances blood circulation. A true return to the origins, an opportunity to rediscover the sensations of when you were a child and played barefoot.
