The publication, edited by the Civic Library of the Municipality of Cuneo, is a real yearbook of the city, born in 2004 from an idea of Marco Cordero. Since then, from year to year, it continues to tell the story of Cuneo from a thousand aspects and different points of view, not always only and necessarily those suggested by the news.
