The trail begins along the road Monfol-Seu, at 1,730m of altitude, at the junction leading to the summer grazing land Randuin. After the summer grazing land, go ahead for about 600m along a forest trail and enter the silver and spruce fir wood. The walk ends along the road of Seu, at 1,850m.
