The Park Authority and the Madonie food and wine operators, also represented by the category organisations, establish a network of food and wine reception characterised by the quality of the products and preparations administered and the environmental respect of the catering facilities, located in and around the tourist resorts adjacent to the Madonie Park, through the adoption of these regulations consistent with the general programme "Saperi e Sapori del Parco" (Knowledge and Tastes of the Park), arranged together with the Slow Food Foundation.
