Itinerary developing among the alpine pastures and giving the opportunity to follow for long stretches the ancient royal hunting road built for King Vittorio Emanuele II. The route crosses characteristic environments housing alpine ungulates: chamois and wild ibex. Along most of the trail, there are many marmots. From Col Pontonnet you will enjoy a wonderful view of Gran Paradiso.
