Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park is situated in the heart of the central Apennines, among Abruzzi, Lazio and Molise, at the same distance from the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
By Car
If you come from Rome, you can take highway A24/A25
Rome-L'Aquila-Pescara, exit in Celano or in Pescina, and then go ahead
to Bisegna (or to Gioia dei Marsi), or highway A1 Rome-Naples, exit in
Frosinone, then go ahead to Sora-Forca d'Acero and cross in this way
the Park slope in Lazio.
If you come from the south, take highway A1 up to the exit in Caianello and then go ahead to Venafro and Alfedena.
By Train
The nearest railway stations are Avezzano (Rome-Pescara railway line) and
Castel di Sangro (Sulmona - Castel di Sangro railway line), then you will have
to continue the journey by coach.
