The Park Facilities
The Park suggests to schools and organized groups a series of different activities as far as content, way of working out issues, and age of the participants are concerned. The aim is to draw the visitors nearer to nature, making them understand the importance of the relationship linking all the elements of the environment, including man. The operators managing the programs are the "Guide del Parco", the new professional tour guides working for the Park within the territory of the protected area.
The Park Tour Guides
An easy and safe way to discover the territory is to carry out a tour with an expert Park Tour Guide. The operators organizing the suggested activities are the "Guide ufficiali ed esclusive del Parco" (The Park Official and Exclusive Tour Guides).
They are naturalistic tour guides specializing in leading visitors to the discovery of this large protected area. Their task is to make you discover the various features of the Park. This profession was established according to Legge Quadro sulle Aree Protette no. 394 of 1991.
These new experts, qualified professionals specializing in the alpine area and in particular in the protected area, can plan the activities considering the needs and interests of the visitors as far as themes, localities, services offered, and duration of the activities are concerned.

Climbing in the Park
Rock and ice climbing, a sport rich in challenges and history, which made us discover a Yosemite behind our home's door in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Five wild valleys, solid rock walls and shimmering ice waterfalls in the silence of a plant and animal life able to grant colors, scents, extraordinary meetings and necessary balances.

Environmental Education Center
The first Environmental Education Center of the Park is situated in Noasca (TO) and consists of areas dedicated to educational activities and an accommodation structure (hotel "La cascata").
The multipurpose area offers equipment and collections to carry out scientific activities and workshops on natural observation activities, as well as recreational activities, always focusing on environmental issues.
