This structure takes part in the "Menù della Sibilla", a sort of "culinary itinerary" to discover the tastes of the Monti Sibillini National Park.
Established with the aim to boost the short production chain between agricultural-food producers and Park's restaurant owners, this menu collects the dishes created by each restaurant and realized using this land's products.
