Parco del Rio Vallone

Environmental Education Proposals - School Year 2012/2013

Since 1997, Consorzio del Parco del Rio Vallone has started the project called "Il Mio Parco", aiming at helping the pupils of kindergartens, primary, and secondary schools to re-establish a relationship with nature, teaching them to discover the resources of the Park and the respect of the environment as an essential approach for the conservation of the different animal and vegetal species living in the area.
Most residents of the Park Municipalities come from other villages and towns: the kids no longer have a guide helping them to better discover the territory where they live.
