San Lorenzo Park is a nature sanctuary in which man and nature find balance and harmony; a renewed link demonstrating how much it can and must be done to safeguard the territory and at the same time improve the quality of life. The particularity of San Lorenzo Park is the presence of the typical vegetation of the "wetland". The presence of the small lakes and the good quality of their waters enables the progressive evolution of riparian hygrophilous vegetation dominated by common reed, cattail, and sedge.
