The parish church of Uggiate Trevano dates back to the 16th century. The interior of the church has a single nave and was frescoed in 1737 by Carlo Innocenzo Carloni. Of particular interest are the eighteenth-century altar, the wooden statue of the Madonna, made in 1864 by the artist Filippo Villa, the two canvases by Paolo Pagani dating from 1714 and 1715 (Saint Anthony Reattaching the Foot and Saint Anthony Raising the Witness by Bilocation) and the painting of the Last Supper, dated 1972, by the local artist Torildo Conconi.
