Parco Regionale dello Stirone e del Piacenziano

Very widespread in the Province of Piacenza, it is a tapered-shape sweet pepper, like Corno, but with a more crunchy pulp and a very resistant skin. It is particularly appreciated when it is still unripe and is almost white; when it ripens, it becomes rosy first and brick red then.
