It is inserted into the context of the wider circuit of the Food Museums of the province of Parma (Museum of Parmigiano Reggiano in Soragna, of Wine in Sala Baganza, of Salami in Felino, of Prosciutto and cold cuts in Langhirano), to complete a course of in-depth study of the important local food products.
The dried pasta of durum wheat semolina, of Middle East origin, has found its home in Italy, developing over the centuries in the different areas of the country: in Sicily, in Liguria, in Naples, in Bologna.
Opening times: The museums are open at the following times:
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Open on weekdays for groups and school classes upon arrangement.
