Parco Naturale Regionale Valle del Treja

The whole basin of Vico caldera has been chosen to cultivate Cimini Mountains Hazelnut, belonging to the variety Tonda gentile romana, which has been recently submitted for the PDO label of the designation Nocciola Romana.
With a subspherical shape, light and compact pulp, it has a delicate taste characterizing this variety.
