The Karst Honey is poured in glass jars as soon as it is collected by the beekeepers, without any additional processing. It is a raw unrefined honey.  The local beekeepers' main products are the chestnut honey (with a marked flavor and rich in pollen), the acacia honey (a fine honey with a delicate taste), the lime tree honey (with a marked and sharp taste), the honeydew (rich in mineral salts), and the rich and complete Karst honey. Also wax, royal jelly and propolis are available.
