At the restaurant, where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Nature Reserve, you can stay both to rest after a walk and drink a glass of teran or vitovska, and to have lunch or dinner in a special setting.
The menu offers typical dishes of the Karst region, such as jota, goulasch, strudel and other culinary rarities such as the pasulj.
To prepare the appetizers, the restaurant uses the Karst region's typical products that can be found in the typical products promotion room.
In Gradina it is also possible to make a reservation to celebrate anniversaries or for a group dinner too.
The Visitor Center features seven rooms with a total amount of 20 beds divided into four double rooms with bathroom, and three four-bed rooms. The guest house is also equipped with a kitchen for the guests, and the living room with panoramic view of the Reserve.
Half-board or full-board stays are available.
The building, featuring a fireplace and Karst-style furniture, is used to host exhibitions, conferences, courses, laboratories and didactic activities. The hall can be reserved by anyone who wish to organize exhibitions, conferences or meetings.
The activity is carried out in collaboration with professional guides registered in the Regional register (L.Q. 6/89), who bring children and young people near the world of climbing through easy and safe climbing.
Long trousers and sneakers are necessary. The equipment (helms, ropes etc…) is provided by the alpine guides.
The climbing is mainly carried out in the Laghi di Doberdò e Pietrarossa Nature Reserve, but it is also possible to be accompanied in other Reserves, provided that they feature equipped walls.
