• From Milan: take the highway dei Laghi, then the expressway del Sempione.
• From Turin: take the A4 highway in the direction of Santhià-Arona, then of Gravellona Toce, and then the expressway del Sempione.

Ordinary Roads

• From Varese: take the ferry boat Laveno-Intra, then the expressway del Sempione.
• From Switzerland: by car, from Canton Vallese to the Passo del Sempione.

By Train

Railway Stations:

• From Milan: international line del Sempione.
• From Turin: via Novara-Arona, or Novara-Borgomanero.
• From Canton Ticino to Centovalli.
• From Canton Vallese: international line del Sempione.
• From Canton Ticino: Locarno-Domodossola railway line.

From the railway station you get to the Calvario in a few minutes by taxi or using the bus line leaving and going back to Domodossola F.S. railway station.
