Historical villa situated in Nettuno town center, surrounded by a big park with centuries-old trees. The area is entirely private property and represents the one and only green area in the surroundings. The main building, situated on a summit dominating the sea, lies in the middle of Borghese estate characterized by an Italian garden, orange groves, and wood. Of great interest the system of old galleries dug under the villa and used during World War II for the landing of the Alleys.
The park is characterized by a luxuriant Mediterranean maquis, as well as specimens of English oak, ilex tree, cork oak, and stone pine.
