Environmental Education Project - School Year 2023/2024
The dissemination of topics related to the sea and the protection of the natural and cultural-historical heritage is one of the objectives of the Torre del Cerrano Marine Protected Area. Together with the 
Cerrano Guides, it is possible to organise educational days, workshops and guided tours in Torre Cerrano and other environments, including at sea. The annual environmental education programme includes activities specifically designed for young people. All this is aimed at spreading knowledge and awareness of natural dynamics, thus enabling everyone to appreciate the specific features of protected natural areas. Classroom environmental education lessons, excursions and outdoor activities, information stands, workshops and seminars are some of the activities that can raise awareness of natural protection and conservation.
