Definition
Also simply called Caluso, Erbaluce di Caluso is a wine with the following features:
Vine: Erbaluce. Color: straw-yellow. Limpidity: bright. Scent: fine, vinous, and characteristic. Taste: dry, cool, and characteristic. Serve at 8-10°C. Minimum alcohol content: 11%. Erbaluce has been named after the grapes it comes from, acquiring in autumn warm copper-like reflections, slightly rosy. It does not require ageing. For a better tasting, the glass to serve Erbaluce must be made with smooth and thin glass, crystal, and must have a large brim.
