Erbaluce di Caluso Passito Wine or Caluso Passito Wine is obtained with dried Erbaluce grapes. It is a luxury wine having the following features:

Vine: Erbaluce. Color: from golden yellow to dark amber. Limpidity: bright. Scent: ethereal, delicate, characteristic. Taste: sweet, delicate, balanced, full-bodied, velvety. Serve at 16-20 °C. As aperitif, serve cool at 8-10°. Minimum alcohol content: 13.5%. Minimum ageing: 4 years from the first November after the grape harvest. Match: perfect with sweets, above all pies, zabaglione, and dry pastries.
