Castelnuovo Scrivia, Molino dei Torti, Guazzora, Isola Sant'Antonio, Sale, and Alluvioni Cambiò form an excellent territory for the production of quality potatoes, floury white and yellow, both with different varieties. Preserved in wooden boxes or in airy heaps, in dark and dry premises, potatoes are sold in net bags, in packs of different weight.
