Aree protette del Po Piemontese

Rubino di Cantavenna DOC is produced in the last series of Monferrato hills sloping down to the river Po, mainly with Barbera grapes combined with Grignolino or Freisa. It has a light ruby red color with garnet red glares, a vinous smell - with a perfume recalling the must -, a dry and full taste. The minimum alcoholic content must be of 11.5°, the aging of at least one year.
