This rather long but easy itinerary offers a great view of the hill slopes and Superga Basilica, and it is the richest route as far as vegetation and faunistic observations are concerned. Moreover, it crosses the main watercourse of the Park, rio Serralunga, and the main country hamlets of Superga.
You can get there from the case of Mt. Aman, along the Panoramic Road, or using the rack from the intermediate stop of Pian Gambino.
The stretch of trail going along the ridge of Mt. Aman (Costa Serralunga) is characterized by oak woods. Along the non-asphalt track there are many specimens of Turkey oak, which is a rather rare oak in Collina Torinese.
