The ancient mill is the evidence of 800 years of history of water exploitation, from the feudal milling rights to the Town Electric Company, and houses three different plants:
- the mill with all the original equipment, including two couples of millstones and the sifter for the selection of the flour according to its fineness
- a stone monobloc track where hemp was defibrated and various kinds of seeds were processed (Briançon blackthorn, hazelnut, walnut, pine nut, hemp...) for the production of cooking and lighting oil
- the modern control panels of the dynamo and the distribution panel of the electric energy produced.
In the recently renovated premises there are various exhibits dedicated to traditional professions: hemp processing, from the seed to the clothes, the cattle shed, the classroom of the old schools, the cobbler, the woodman, the carpenter, the famer-breeder.
