Landscape Authorization in Monte Netto Park

For all the construction works involving the Park territory it is necessary to submit not only the declaration of beginning of the activity or the construction authorization to the involved Municipalities, but also the landscape authorization.

The request must be submitted to: the Managing Consortium of Monte Netto Regional Park, possibly using the special form available in the Town Hall Technical Offices and on the web site of the Park in Word format.

What to attach:
Documents to attach in 3 copies:

• landscape report, according to what established by D.P.C.M. 12/12/2005
• survey and project reports
• photographic documents
  
• simulation of the state of the places after the project implementation (photo-rendering)
  
• tax stamp of 14.62 Euros for the final authorization.

Validity of the authorization
The authorization is valid for a period of 5 years, after which the implementation of the scheduled projects must be submitted again for the authorization.
