Products in the Oglio Valley

Rich in flavours and traditions, the Oglio Valley offers a wide choice of typical products, often home-made, and "poor" dishes of the local culture. From fish of Lake Iseo to the flour of the Cremona countryside, from cow's milk cheese to game meat, the flavours and the tastes change. The aim of the Park is to support the great heritage of traditions and productive activities, the food excellence and the traditions of the Oglio Nord Park area, with its promotion of typical products, its production and sales places.
