School Tourism in Montefeltro - teaching sustainability
Protected areas are the ideal place to spend unforgettable days in contact with nature and to rediscover history and traditions. The nature Park is situated in the high basins of the rivers Foglia, Conca and Marecchia, that is a historic region among the Marches, Romagna and Tuscany. The landscape is characterized by the presence of the mountain group of the Carpegna (mt 1415 above sea level) and of the Sassi Simone (mt 1204 above sea level) and Simoncello (mt 1220 above sea level). Among these mountains we can walk different environments ranging from the gullies to the mountain streams, from the suggestive woods to the mountain pastures.
We suggest an aware and responsible use of our apennine mountain through a series of coordinated activities whose methodology includes both outdoor and indoor experiences involving people from the physical, cognitive, emotional and relational point of view.
We do not offer ready-made programs because we believe that every single group has its own organizational, logistical, content and methodological needs. Our team can organize customized programs depending on your different needs!
Our proposals include original physical-emotional experiences: extraordinary educational adventures to live together in a natural environment which is considered as an incredible relational mediator by our technical-planning team. This adventure involving body, emotions and curiosity can both educate and help children to grow up, stay together, respect the rules, help each other in the difficult moments, smile together. All through safe methods.
Each class group will be accompanied by an expert guide (who perfectly knows the places involved) or by a social-environmental educator (expert at educating groups and at carrying out outdoor or indoor learning experiences).
SPECIAL FOR CHILDHOOD
Environmental education activities for children aged three to five means to help children discover the special relationship they have with nature: they have a natural ability to be surprised and in wonder, to grasp nature's harmony and experience its beauty.
