Salame Piacentino DOP

The Salame Piacentino is a kins of salami which is produced only by using pork meat. The meat comes from pigs born and bred in Emilia Romagna and Lombardy, whereas the processing area includes the whole province of Piacenza, where this product has been present for centuries.
