Area Marina Protetta Capo Carbonara

It is a beach situated at the end of the bay in the western section of Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area.
Dominated by the Phoenician site of Cuccureddus, where Rio Foxi has its wide mouth, it recalls how important civilizations like the Phoenicians chose to settle and develop their trades in this area.
